What can I expect from my first session?
First off, hello! Welcome! I am so glad that you’re here!
On the day of your session, I will arrive at your house and we will start by getting the space all set up.
We will then spend about 15 minutes or so going through a really thorough intake. We’ll talk about your health history, and what’s going on with your body both all of the time and that particular day. We will discuss your goals for the session, any areas you want to focus on, and any areas you might want me to avoid. We’ll work together to create a session plan for the day. I will walk you through everything that I will be doing. This is also a great time for you to ask me as many questions as you’d like so that you feel comfortable about what’s going to happen. Please remember that at any time during our session, I encourage you to ask questions and communicate preferences.
I will then leave the room so that you can get undressed to your level of comfort and get settled onto the table underneath the sheets!
When I return I will adjust the headrest, bolsters, and linens to ensure your comfort. As we go through the session please do not hesitate to speak up to adjust anything that we’re doing. My goal is to ensure your comfort.
Once the session concludes I will step outside of the room to allow you time to come back to earth and get dressed again. We will then spend a moment chatting about the session, how you feel, and what you can do at home to support our work. We will also handle payment at this time.
What Products Do You Use?
I prefer to use single-ingredient oils such as jojoba oil to protect those with allergies. If you have a preference or have something at home that you would like me to use instead, we can discuss if it would be good for your session.
Do you mask at your appointments?
I am very COVID-conscious and do typically mask at my appointments to keep everyone safe, however, if you want to 100% ensure that I am masked up at your appointment please mark that on your intake form
What Form Of Payment Do You Take?
I take Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, and Cold Hard Cash!
Tips are not expected but are gratefully accepted.
Where are you located?
Your home! At this time I do not have a physical space, but I am happy to travel to you within Portland! Do you live in Eugene? Reach out! I am frequently visiting and would love to make time to see you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Clients who cancel within 48 hours will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of services booked.
Same-day cancellations will be charged a fee of up to 100% of services booked.
If you repeatedly cancel your appointment with short notice you will be asked to pay in advance for your session.
But what if I’m sick?
Please do not show up to your appointment sick. If you wake up sick on the day of your appointment reach out to me and we will come up with a solution that works best for both of us.
